At present there are lots of weight loss diets and plans available in market. Diet with low carbohydrates is attracting more and more obese people as it promotes quick weight loss. Low carbohydrates diet is rich in crispy vegetables and fruits like green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, peppers, spinach, lettuces, berries, cherries, grapes and melons.

You can eat potatoes, carrots, beets and beans but in limit as these are starchy vegetables. You can structure your eating plan by making a selection of protein sources such as fish, soy, poultry, and low fat dairy and lean red meats. You have to eliminate sweets and sugary foods from your diet. These items are rich in fats. But you can include healthy choices of fats like raw nuts, seeds, nut butters, olives, olive oil, nut oils also some butter, fish oil and flax seed meal.
